CitectSCADA Configuration Course
Gain insight into CitectSCADA project design and become familiar with configuration techniques. Learn about plant control, data collection, trending and reporting in this “hands-on” course.
Duration: 3 day course with lunch provided.
Who Should Attend: First time CitectSCADA users including engineering staff, maintenance staff and plant supervisors.
Course Description: Gain insight into CitectSCADA project design and become familiar with configuration techniques. This "hands-on" course includes practice with plant control, data collection, trending and reporting.
Course Outline: Introduction to Citect, Alarms, Citect Explorer, Creating a Menu Page, Using the on-line Help, Multi-Language Projects, Managing Projects, Devices, Events, Trends, The Design Specification, Accumulators, Setting up Communications, Reports, Graphics, Security, Commands & Controls, Networking, Genies, Super Genies, Introduction to Cicode, Trouble-shooting Citect.
Prerequisites: It is essential that students be familiar with Windows operating systems. Experience in PLC control system design and/or programming is desirable.

General Information: You will receive a Training Course Pack that contains notepad, pens, training notes, floppy disks etc. You will not have to bring a single thing. Lunch will be provided at our training centers.
Please Note: Rock Interface reserves the right to cancel a course should not enough students sign up. Please do not make travel reservations until you have been confirmed to be in the course. Rock Interface will try to confirm your reservations as soon as possible to allow ample time to arrange transportation.
